Good to know before you book.
How does booking work?
Pick your dates and send a booking request. No payment is needed yet. We hold your dates for 24 hours while we review your request, then confirm by email and Facebook Messenger.
How do I pay?
We accept GCash and bank transfer. Once we confirm your dates, we'll send our QR code by email and Facebook Messenger. Please pay within 48 hours and send us your proof of payment. Your booking is secured once we receive it.
How much is a night?
It depends on your group size: {{ faqRegular }}. Holiday nights are {{ faqHoliday }}. You'll see the full total before you send your request.
How many guests can stay?
The house fits up to 6 guests. The nightly price depends on your group size, so please tell us the exact number when you book. Registered guests only, please.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Please coordinate your arrival with us or our caretaker.
Do we get the whole house?
Yes. The whole house is yours for your stay, with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area. No sharing with other guests.
Can we use the pool and other amenities?
Yes. Guests can use Idesia Lipa's community amenities: the infinity pool, gym, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, and playground. The pool is open 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please follow the community rules. Some facilities may charge a fee.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on the premises.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
No pets, please. Smoking and vaping aren't allowed inside the house. Parties and loud gatherings aren't allowed either, out of respect for our neighbors.
What if I don't pay in time?
Unpaid bookings are released after 48 hours, so other guests can book those dates. If you need more time, just message us.
